This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Prime Group IT LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when individuals ("Users," "you," "your") use:

• The Movers Inventory website (moversinventory.com)
• The Movers Inventory SaaS platform
• The Movers Inventory iOS and Android mobile applications
• Any related features, dashboards, portals, content, or services (collectively, the "Service")

Movers Inventory is a cloud-based inventory, documentation, and job-tracking platform used primarily by transportation, moving, logistics, and hauling companies ("Business Users"). Through normal use, the Service processes both:

1. Account Data — information submitted by Business Users who create accounts
2. Customer Data — information uploaded into job records by Business Users about their customers

This Policy applies to all Users, including business owners, drivers, employees, contractors, customers accessing public tracking links, and anyone who interacts with the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, discontinue use immediately.

2. Data Roles: Controller & Processor

Because Movers Inventory processes information for businesses and their customers, our responsibilities vary depending on the category of data.

2.1 Business User Data — We Are the Data Controller

For information that YOU submit to create an account or subscribe to the Service ("Account Data"), Prime Group IT LLC acts as the Data Controller.

This includes: name, email, business information, billing details, login credentials, and support communications.

2.2 End-Customer Data (Uploaded by Business Users) — We Are the Data Processor

For information uploaded by Business Users about THEIR customers ("Customer Data"), such as customer names, phone numbers, pickup/delivery addresses, inventory data, photos, damage documentation, signatures, job details, and GPS-related metadata:

• Business User = Data Controller
• Prime Group IT LLC = Data Processor

We process Customer Data only per the instructions of the Business User.

3. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

We collect multiple categories of personal information depending on your interaction with the Service:

• ✔ Collected Directly From Business Users
• ✔ Uploaded by Business Users About their Customers
• ✔ Collected Automatically Through Devices
• ✔ Collected Through Cookies & Tracking
• ✔ Collected Through Mobile App Permissions (GPS)

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

This may include: full name, email address, phone number, business name, user role, login credentials, account preferences, communication history, billing and subscription info (via Stripe), and support inquiries.

We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe handles all payment credentials.

4-7. How We Use & Share Information

We use the information described above for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Operating and maintaining the Service
• Processing payments & subscriptions (via Stripe)
• Communicating with you
• Improving, fixing, and securing the Service
• Legal compliance

We do not sell personal information. We do not monetarily profit from data sharing.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate data
• Download or export your data
• Request deletion
• Restrict processing
• Opt-out of data sharing

GPS data is retained for 30 days. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.
