1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Business User," "you," or "your") and Prime Group IT LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of:

• The Movers Inventory website (moversinventory.com)
• The Movers Inventory SaaS platform
• The Movers Inventory iOS and Android mobile applications
• Any associated software, dashboards, portals, APIs, or services (collectively, the "Service")

By accessing or using the Service, you:

• Agree to be bound by these Terms
• Represent that you are at least 18 years old
• Represent that you have the authority to bind the business you represent
• Agree to our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference)

If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Movers Inventory is a cloud-based platform that allows transportation, moving, logistics, and hauling companies ("Business Users") to:

• Create job records
• Upload photos, signatures, notes, and inventory lists
• Generate documentation and PDFs
• Track drivers and job progress (GPS-enabled)
• Store, manage, and export customer data
• Provide customers tracking links
• Sync data across devices
• Manage company staff accounts

The Service is provided solely for commercial, professional use.

4-7. Account & License Terms

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter contracts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and protecting your password.

License: Prime Group IT LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your business operations.

Prohibited Conduct: You may NOT reverse-engineer, resell, scrape, or use the Service to build competing products.

8-11. Data, GPS & Billing

Data Ownership: For Customer Data you upload, you (Business User) are the Data Controller. We process it only under your instructions.

GPS Tracking: Used only during active jobs. Data retained for 30 days. You must notify drivers/contractors of GPS tracking.

Payments: Processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. All charges are final and non-refundable.

21-25. Liability & Disputes

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim OR $100 (whichever is greater).

Warranty Disclaimer: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Group IT LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service.

Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts in New Jersey. Both parties waive right to jury trial.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in New Jersey courts.
